Our custom built infra-red gas fired train grill is a crowd-pleaser with its high heat searing. Your mouth will start to water when you hear our train whistle.

We bring our grills to you, cooking on site in front of your guests. We even find that most guests come check out the grill before hitting the buffet which is never a problem because we love to talk about what we do.

You provide the guests and we provide the rest. Buffet and canopies and included as part of our outdoor kitchen.
